- Early AM departure to Alexandria by private van/coach
- Breakfast boxes, Alexandria sightseeing/photographing
- During the time in Alexandria, we’ll visit: Alexandria library. Montazah Palace, Pompeii’s Pillar, Catacombs of Kom El Shoqafa, photograph along the water.
- Roman Theater, Bird Mosaic, Markets.
- Overnight Alexandria (Breakfast, and Lunch or Dinner)

- Mid-morning return to Cairo, hotel as before. Evening activity

Fly Cairo/ Aswan
- Photographing Aswan
- San Simeon Monastery Ruins, or Nubian village (optional tour by camel, extra $)
- Nile Felucca
- Overnight in Aswan (Breakfast, and Lunch or Dinner)
Nov 12 Day 9 - Transfer to airport to fly to Abu Simbel, late afternoon photographing
- Overnight Abu Simbel (Breakfast, and Lunch or Dinner)

– Early AM depart, drive to Luxor

Other information you should know about: This a highly active tour; participants are expected to be able to walk, stand, stroll, and climb stairs over a variety of uneven surfaces for up to 4 hours or more at a time, often twice a day. You should expect that there will be early am shoots and late evening shoots.
*Tour specifics, such as sequence of itinerary, daily events, range of places we visit are approximate and subject to change. These may be changed at any point in the itinerary as local schedules change, or the local guide and or escort deem(s) necessary.

☥ Entry visa to Egypt which is 25 US$ per person (purchase at Cairo airport).
☥ Optional hot air balloon ride in Luxor
☥ Tips for driver, assistant, country guide
☥ Laundry, hotel incidentals such as movies, room service.
☥ Any beverage (other than water) including alcoholic beverages or Mini-bar; Note: When meals & drinks are “on own”, tipping is not included. Phone, fax, internet fees and excess baggage charges are not included.
☥ Any Extras not mentioned.
☥ Also not included: Travel insurance. We strongly urge you to evaluate your risk and to take out travel insurance for your trip in the event that bad weather, illness or any other emergency, causes delays or prevents you from reaching your destination or continuing your trip. This should also cover any losses which you may incur, for which Traveller Worldwide Explorations, Ltd. is not responsible.
You must advise us of any special electronic medical equipment you are bringing, (i.e. Cpap/Sleep Apnea electronics). Certain medical devices may result in the necessity of a single room or special electrical supplements and services, at an additional charge to you.
You must advise us of any dietary restrictions prior to departure. Please note that while we will make every attempt to accommodate, given the locations we will be visiting we cannot guarantee your needs can always be met.
Cost:
$5495 (double occupancy); Single supplement + $1165
NOTE: If paying via Paypal, cost is 3% additional to cover PayPal fees: $5660 (double occupancy); Single supplement + $1200
NOTE: Above cost is based on a minimum group size of 6, maximum of 8 people. If the group size drops below 6, we reserve the right to either (a) offer the program with certain cost-reducing alternatives in accommodations, itinerary and/or services, (b) charge a supplement based on the actual costs for the final number of participants, (c) cancel the trip.
Deposits & Payments:
Non-refundable $500 per person due May 10, 2019 to reserve your place on this tour.
Balance due by August 15, 2019.

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be in writing at the address above or via email: [email protected]. Written cancellation notice is valid as of the day of receipt in our office.
For payments made above the non-refundable $500 deposit, the following policy applies:
Cancellations made before May 10, 2019 will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made between May 11, 2019 and August 15, 2019 will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made after September 1, 2019 will forfeit the entire trip cost.
